What this site is, and what it is not

The site is a marketing site. Its content is intended to present Tagula's services and to allow contact.

Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or an undertaking as to any result. Figures, savings ranges and examples shown on the site refer to cases measured in the past, and are not a promise of a similar result for you. Any engagement will be made under a separate written agreement, and that agreement will define the scope of the service, the consideration and the payment terms.

AI services and data handling

The descriptions on the site of how we work (including what is said about data mapping, provider selection, permissions and processing options) are general descriptions only. They are not a representation, an undertaking or a promise regarding any specific project.

AI services are provided by third-party providers. Their terms of use, their content-retention policies, the use they make of content and their processing regions are set by them, differ between plans and change from time to time.

A third-party provider may collect data transferred to it, store it or use it, including for its own purposes. We have no control over this. We make no undertaking regarding how any provider handles data or regarding changes to its policy, and we bear no responsibility for it. We recommend reviewing each provider's policy and deciding accordingly which data to pass into the process.

The binding arrangements regarding data (what is stored, where, for how long, who may access it and who is responsible) will be set exclusively in a written agreement signed with you. In any conflict between what the site says and the agreement, the agreement prevails.

Contacting us through the site

An enquiry through the form does not create a client-provider relationship and does not oblige us to respond or to engage. You undertake that the details you provide are accurate and your own, and that you are not providing another person's details without their permission.
