This policy explains what data is collected on the site tagula.ai, what it is used for, and what your rights are regarding it. Use of the site constitutes agreement to this policy.

Who we are

What data is collected

Data you provide yourself

In the contact form you may provide your name, email address and phone number and a free description of the process you are interested in. Providing these details is entirely voluntary. You are not obliged to provide them, but without them we cannot come back to you.

When you submit the form, the details are sent to the site's server, which relays them to us as an email to info@tagula.ai. The details are not stored on the server and are not kept in any database — the server passes the message on and keeps no copy. From there the information sits in our mailbox like any other message. We use Resend to deliver that email; it processes the message for the purpose of delivery only.

Data stored on your device

The site stores the accessibility preferences you chose (for example larger text or high contrast) in the browser's localStorage, so that they persist on your next visit. This data stays on your device, is not sent anywhere, and can be deleted at any time through the browser settings.

The site uses no cookies at all, neither ours nor third-party cookies, and it contains no advertising pixels or tracking networks.

Site traffic measurement

To know which pages are of interest and from which sources visitors reach them, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics. The service was chosen because, according to the documentation the provider published, it does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. According to the same documentation, instead of a persistent identifier a hash value is derived from the request itself, and it is deleted automatically after 24 hours. It therefore cannot be used to reconstruct your browsing path between visits, let alone across different sites.

The description here is based on the documentation the provider published as of the date this document was updated. We have no control over the service, and the provider may change how it operates and its policy. The provider's privacy policy governs the handling of data on its side.

With each page view the following data is stored, all of it in aggregate and not at the level of an identifiable person:

  • The time of the view and the address of the page viewed.
  • The page or site you came from (the referrer), and parameters in the address.
  • General geographic location at the level of country, region and city, not an exact address.
  • Device type, operating system and browser, and their versions.

Your IP address is not stored and is not linked to this data. We cannot know who visited the site, only how many people visited, which pages, and where they came from.

Technical data held by infrastructure providers

Browsing itself passes technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to the providers that host the site and its assets. The providers:

  • Vercel: hosting the site and measuring traffic, as described above.

Each of them has its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

What the data is used for

  • Contacting you back after an enquiry you initiated.
  • Responding, preparing a proposal, and managing the engagement if one is formed.
  • Saving your accessibility preferences on the site.

We do not sell and do not rent your details to third parties, and we do not send marketing mail without separate and explicit consent.

How long the data is kept

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for the period needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and are then deleted. If an engagement proceeds, information required by law (for example for tax purposes) is kept for the period the law requires.

Data security

The site is served over encrypted traffic (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect the data, but no system is completely immune and we cannot undertake absolute protection.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, you may inspect the data held about you, request its correction if it is inaccurate, and request its deletion. To do so: info@tagula.ai. We will respond within the period set by law.

Minors

The site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We will update this document from time to time. The date of the last update appears at its top, and the binding version is the one published on the site.
