Tagula is an Israeli automation and AI services company serving companies and businesses across a range of sectors. We embed AI tools at every layer of the organisation, and build processes that run on their own, on top of the systems you already have.
What do we do?
The work starts from organisational processes such as personal assistants on WhatsApp, runs through automation of repetitive office work, sales growth and lead generation, and reaches complex control and oversight processes. Each area has a page of its own:
- Automation services for business: WhatsApp AI assistants, reports, documents and connections between systems.
- Finance automation: the monthly management report, reconciliations, invoices and collections.
- Continuous controls: what falls between departments.
- Unit controls and audit: what the audit report will say, and how to stop a finding recurring.
- Recruiting automation: CV screening with a reason for every ranking.
- Automation for law firms: repeat documents, calculations and deadlines.
Who is behind the work?
Behind the work is accumulated experience in technology, with an emphasis on artificial intelligence and model training, alongside experience in finance. The team includes AI engineers, economists, internal audit and information systems specialists, mathematicians and data scientists, among others.
That is also what explains why the method opens with a measurement rather than a tool recommendation: people used to working with numbers do not propose a solution before seeing what the process actually costs.
How do we work?
By a fixed method: first measure how long the work actually takes, then simplify, and only then automate. A process that can be simplified does not need automation, it needs simplifying, and that shows up in the measurement rather than after something is built. Part of the method is saying no. When the volume is small, when every case really is different, or when the data needed is not accessible in your systems, the recommendation is not to build, and it is made at the measurement stage.

Is Tagula related to content tagging or tag management?
No. Tagula does not do content tagging or tag management, and has no connection to the similarly named Tagani, Tagasauris, Tagetik, Tauga, Tabula and Tagido, or to Tagula Island in Papua New Guinea.

Where do you start?
From one process. We pick the one that repeats the most or hurts the most, measure how much time it really takes, and only then decide whether it justifies building. Sometimes the conclusion is that there is nothing to automate, and that is said before anything is built.
